Employee Profile: Lexi Blockson
Joining our team right before everything sped up is our newest member Lexi Blockson! She is a Jack of many trades here at Adirondack Energy and we're extremely thrilled to have her! We hadn't had an in-house interview in quite a while, so we sat down with her for a little Q&A about her time here so far and a bit about herself!
Q: So you just started a few months ago. How do you like it here so far? A: I like it a lot!
Q: In your own words could you describe what you do for us here? A: I'm not sure what my job title would be, but I do many things. I work with billing and posting payments most of the time.
Q: What are three traits you would say define you? A: I am hardworking, friendly, and organized!
Q: What is the most surprising thing that you have learned in your time here? A: The company is constantly expanding in many directions.
Q: What are your hobbies outside of work? A: I like to hike a lot, fish a lot, and hang out with my dogs!
Q: Name something you can't live without. A: My dogs of course. Also food! (She said this while laughing.)
Q: Since you can't live without food, what is your favorite food? A: Chips. (Not sure if I consider chips a food, more or less a snack, but we'll let it slide this time!)
Q: What is your favorite place to be? A: Not here (She says jokingly). Really though I love being outside. (We're taking a stab in the dark here and guessing hiking, fishing, or playing with her dogs. Is there a pattern going on here?)
Q: Lastly, tell us one thing that might surprise us about you? A: That I wear glasses, nobody here knows!
