Part of offering our customers Service at its Peak is letting customers pay in whichever way is easiest for them. We have recently invested into new software systems to allow our customer to see their current bill, their delivery status, and pay their bills online.
While we previously had a system that allowed you to pay online, it was not set-up to know how much you might owe without a paper bill sitting right in front of you. This new software might be different than the previous set-up, but we hope this how-to will allow you to learn how to make a one-time payment simply and easily. The first step is to navigate to the "Pay Your Bill" portion of our website. You can do this from a few different areas, but the easiest way is to hover your mouse over "Account" in the top navigation and click on the "Pay Your Bill" drop-down navigation.
After navigating to the "Pay Your Bill portion of the website, scroll down to the one-time payment section. (You have the ability to have us auto-draw from your account as well as having your bank auto-pay your bills as well). Click on the service that you would like to pay. To continue paying your bill, you must sign in to your online account. Use your email and password that you have set up previously. If you have forgotten your password there is a link to recover it. If you have never paid online before, you can click the link to request access to your online account.
Once you have entered your login information, click the "Sign-In" button.
After you are logged into your account you are able to see your previous statements as well as your pending payments and balances. Click the blue button "Make a Payment" to continue the process.
Our online software for Waste Solutions allows you to set-up auto-payments. This tutorial is only for one-time payments, but if you choose to set-up auto-payments the steps are very similar.
Click on the blue "One-Time Payment" button.
On the payment screen, enter all your information as requested. We take all major forms of credit cards. Don't worry, we have a secure site and your information won't be stored with us or our software company. To ensure this, always look for the green "Secure" text and padlock symbol next to the web address as seen in the picture to the right.
When you are finished entering your information, click "OK."
Enter the amount you would like to pay on your bill. You can pay anywhere from $1.00 to your current total balance. Click "Next."
If your payment went through, you will land on a final screen that says your payment has been accepted! By clicking "Close" you will be taken back to the home page of your customer care portal.
